The Public Works Department will maintain Town roads based on our snow removal routes and procedures.
What to Expect:
- Plowing of emergency access, businesses, bus routes, and residential collector streets will begin at 3 inches.
- Plowing of residential streets will occur at approximately 6 inches.
- When deployed, the residential plows will take one pass down the center of every side street to prevent deep ice rutting and to keep the streets passable on accumulation of over 6 inches of snow.
- All residents and subdivisions are responsible for maintaining their own sidewalks.
