CITY OF BOULDER: Municipal Court to Resume Consideration of Failure to Appear Cases Starting Monday

Wpe

City of Boulder issued the following announcement on Oct. 2.

Boulder Municipal Court resume the processing of failure to appear cases beginning the week of Oct. 5.

Individuals who have received a traffic ticket from the City of Boulder and have not resolved it or already scheduled a date with the court in the future are advised to contact the court at 303-441-1840 to discuss their options or visit www.bouldercolorado.gov/municipal-court to make payment and avoid possible licenses suspension and/or other penalties.

The court stopped processing these cases in the middle of March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There are more than 200 outstanding traffic cases since that time, all of which need to be resolved.
