City of Boulder issued the following announcement on July 20.
Community members are encouraged to provide feedback on Be Heard Boulder and attend an online Community Information Session for two Land Use Code Amendment projects designed to accommodate the changing needs of the community and community members.
Community Benefit Project
A community benefits program is a way to help ensure that new growth and development contribute positively to the community’s quality of life. In recent years, the community has expressed that more specific community benefits should be required in exchange for additional building height, intensity or density.
