University Colorado Boulder issued the following announcement on Feb. 20.
Join Recreation Services and CU Boulder Athletics for the annual Inclusive Sports Summit. This summit provides a space for dialogue around social issues and identity through interactive presentations, panel discussions and hands-on exercises.
This year's summit will feature keynote speaker, Kate Fagan, author of the New York Time bestseller, WHAT MADE MADDY RUN. Fagan is also the author of the coming-of-age memoir, The Reappearing Act, about her experience coming out while playing basketball for the University of Colorado.
