Centennial District 3 Council Member Richard Holt will serve as Mayor Pro Tem from March 7, 2023 until March 5, 2024. This position is elected annually and serves mayoral functions during any temporary absences of the Mayor.
In his fourth year, as a District 3 Council Member, Holt serves as a liaison to a number of community organizations and committees, which include (not limited to):
