IHC Scott Contracting with Lennar Homes will be performing work on Kiowa Avenue beginning Wednesday, September 28, 2022 and continuing through Wednesday, October 26, 2022.
There will be a planned water outage on Monday, October 10, 2022 beginning at 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. During this time water to homes and businesses will not be available. We ask you plan your daily water use accordingly.
The neighborhood will still have fire protection during the short outage.
Properties on Kiowa Avenue may be impacted for up to a month to allow for removal of concrete, replacement of waterline and use of heavy equipment. Access to driveways may be impacted as well. Anticipate rough road conditions and possibly short detours through the final paving, which is expected to be complete by October 26, 2022.
