Tuition at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts-Boulder rose by 11.6% for the 2022-23 academic year, based on the latest data released, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

Students paid $20,743 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution this year, an increase of $2,158 from the $18,585 charged during the 2021-22 academic year.

Approximately 4% of the undergraduate student body at the school are Colorado residents, while about 96% come from other states.

Data indicates that 59% of full-time undergraduates who enrolled at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts-Boulder in 2022-23 received some form of student financial aid. In total, 3,296 students were awarded grants or scholarships amounting to $16.8 million, and 3,080 students took out loans exceeding $22.4 million.
