A total of 207 male and 166 female student-athletes represented Colorado College in one or more sports teams in 2024. Male student-athletes received 28.5% more financial aid compared to their female counterparts.
The amount of athletically related financial aid awarded by Colorado College rose by 14.5% compared to the previous year.

College athletics has entered a new era of athlete compensation after a federal settlement allowed schools to directly share revenue with players for the first time.
